I read of this mod first on a page for an Oblivion Visual Ehancement Program and wasn't impressed. "Just what I need," I thought, "something to make it harder to see." Well, after trying it out, I was suprised to see that it actually made the game better. I think that the blur, which the author akins to Gears of War, is well done enough that it becomes an afterthought as it becomes more and more natural. If you turn your head rapidly, you see a blurred image, right? This does the same for the game, with varying degrees based on the speed of the turn. I only have one complaint. It seems to blur for second each time the game loads part of the game world, be it indoors or out. Other then that, I really like what this mod does. It could be improved with speed-based blur (like when falling), but it's nice as it is. Alphasim out.
